The Stinking Rose, located at 55 N. La Cienega (at Wilshire) in Beverly Hills, California is a unique garlic restaurant which serves over 3,000 pounds of it every month. Judging from it's menu it probably serves just as much or perhaps even more shrimp in the same period since it offers so many variations of shrimp preparations on it's menu.
Here's what I saw on a recent menu:
·Mussels, crab, fresh fish, calamari & shrimp in a spicy tomato brodetto
·Louisiana Shrimp in a Garlic tomato broth.
·All their salads are offered with an optional shrimp addition.
·Spicy Prawns, fettuccine, pancetta, onions in red pepper, and garlic oil.
·Their Peel & Eat shrimp is offered alone in small, medium and large servings, or in comgination with Mussels, Mussels & Crab, Double Shrimp and Crab, or Double Shrimp and Double Crab.
There is no other meat or seafood offered here in such an assortment of preparations.
There seems to be a related restaurant of the same name in San Francisco.
