Rempah Recipe
Rempah is a seasoning used in many Eurasian dishes and here in preparing Boastador Prawns.
Sufficient for seasoning servings

| • | belacan | ||||
| • | candle nut | ||||
| • | dried chilies, cut and soaked in water for 10 minutes minimum. |
