Perky Pickled Shrimp
Is this Perky Pickled Shrimp just a variation of Ceviche, or is it totally something else?
Perhaps it's best to let everyone decide for themselves. It is simple and easy to make and if you try it I think you'll like it.
Just a bit of Tabasco gives this a nicely perky flavor which is not overpowering. You could leave it out, if you totally hate spice, but if you can tolerate just a bit, try your first batch with it just to see how nice it is.
