Garlic Baked Shrimp Recipe
This recipe for Garlic Baked Shrimp is so simple and easy to make, you'll wonder why you've never heard of it before, but for some strange reason, most people seem to overlook baking when they think of how to cook shrimp. Hopefully this recipe will help spread the word.
The original version of this recipe which I saw suggests using about 12, 25 count shrimp for two servings, but you can choose any size you wish.

Ingredients
| • | peeled shrimp | ||||
| • | minced garlic | ||||
| • | minced parsley | ||||
| • | Extra Virgin Olive Oil | ||||
| • | Salt & Pepper to taste |
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl; make sure the shrimp is well coated.
- Bake at 400 degrees F (204° C) for 3-4 minutes, stir the shrimp and cook another 3 minutes or until the shrimp have turned pink.
- Serve on a bed of rice or pasta.
